Booking policy
A deposit equal to one night's room rate (plus taxes) is required to confirm a reservation. One week notice of cancellation by email to info@bearhilllodge.com (including shortening a reservation) is required for deposit refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within one week of arrival are subject to forfeit or deposit unless space can be resold.
Christmas/new year season
A $100 non-refundable deposit (per room, cabin or suite) will be charged at time of booking; full prepayment will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations by email to info@bearhilllodge.com or shortening stay after this time are subject to full or partial refund only if space can be re-sold.
long weekends

Cancellations within one week of arrival are subject to forfeit or deposit unless space can be resold. Long weekend reservations must be for minimum of 3 nights and can not be shortened.

For our Summer cottages and Lodge rooms reservations must be for minimum of 2 nights.
